DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Dot offers domestic shipping on all products sold. Orders typically ship via USPS Priority. Once your order has been placed, it is our goal to process and ship by the end of the next business day. Most packages arrive after 2 business days, though shipping to some locations may take 5-7 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not yet offer world-wide shipping from our website. We currently ship outside of the US on certain specific prearranged instances.. International shipping may be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Please contact sales to assist you with processing international orders and scheduling international shipping.
Returns, Refunds, & Replacements
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a no questions asked 30-day refund policy. Product must be in the same condition as it was received, unopened and undamaged The 30-day period begins upon official third party delivery confirmation. . Once your returned product is received at the Dot warehouse, a Dot representative will confirm receipt and inspect your order. If approved, your order will be refunded within 10-14 business days.
To begin a refund request, please contact us and provide your order number, first and last name, and company info. A Dot representative will assist you with organizing a return shipping to us.
REPLACEMENTS
Dot offers a 2-year guaranteed shelf life on all products. We will replace product that has degraded despite proper storage. A Dot representative will assist you with determining the problem with your product. . If approved, our goal is to replace your order within 10-14 business days. To request replacement of Dot product please contact our sales team.
