SHIPPING Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped from our warehouse. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You can view shipping costs during checkout. Orders over $299 are eligible for free shipping (US only).

RETURN Policy

30-Day Return Limit: You may request a return and refund for any product within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions: Products must be returned in their original, undamaged condition. They must be properly packed and labeled with the appropriate hazmat labeling. Items showing signs of use, damage, or improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Inspection: All returned products will be inspected upon return. The inspection process may take up to 7 business days.

Case-by-Case Basis: Each return will be reviewed to determine refund approval, on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds: If your return is approved, you will receive a refund within 7 business days following the inspection of the returned product.

Replacement Policy

Product Guarantee: We guarantee all packaged products, when stored properly in a cool, dry place for up to 2 years from the purchase date.

Replacement Requests:  If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at info@dotcleaner.com within 7 days of receipt. We will guide you through the replacement process.
