DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Dot offers domestic shipping on all products sold. Orders typically ship via USPS Priority. Once your order has been placed, it is our goal to process and ship by the end of the next business day. Most packages arrive after 2-3 business days, though shipping to some locations may take longer.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not yet offer world-wide shipping from our website. We currently ship outside of the US on certain specific prearranged instances. International shipping may be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Please contact sales to assist you with processing international orders and scheduling international shipping

RETURNS

30-Day Return Limit: You may request a return and refund for any product within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions: Products must be returned in their original, undamaged condition. They must be properly packed and labeled with the appropriate hazmat labeling. Items showing signs of use, damage, or improper packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Inspection: All returned products will be inspected upon return. The inspection process may take up to 7 business days.

Case-by-Case Basis: Each return will be reviewed to determine refund approval, on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds: If your return is approved, you will receive a refund within 7 business days following the inspection of the returned product.

Replacement Policy

Product Guarantee: We guarantee all packaged products, when stored properly in a cool, dry place for up to 1 year from the purchase date.

Replacement Requests:  If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at sales@dotcleaner.com within 7 days of receipt. We will guide you through the replacement process.
