How to store Dot Cleaner
EXTEND DOT’s Shelf Life
Dot cleaner has been formulated in a shelf-stable dry powder form to allow for easy storage and easy transport. We guarantee Dot’s packaged product for 2-years.
For longest shelf-life, Dot Cleaner should be stored in a cool, dry location protected from weather and outdoor elements. Avoid locations where temperature changes are frequent, extreme, or where exposure to high levels of humidity or water are likely.
HOW TO TRANSPORT DOT
Thanks to Dot’s tiny footprint, large quantities of Dot can be easily stored and transported to a jobsite. A box of 20 gallons of Dot is roughly the size of a shoebox! This means that the right amount of product can be quickly removed from long-term storage and distributed to mold techs for transportation to any job site in any vehicle.
When traveling to and from the jobsite, we recommend carrying Dot pouches in a Dot box to keep them organized.
IMPORTANT: While we do not recommend storing or transporting mixed liquid Dot solution, there may be rare situations where accessing water on site is an issue. You can mix the Oxidizer (Side A) in the shop prior to transport. The Activator (Side B) should then be added to the mixture immediately before beginning the job.
